Neko Case
We went to the Neko Case concert last night. Her voice is just unreal. There's some mystical beautiful being living in her vocal chords. It's like bagpipes. Her voice makes me cry just like bagpipes do.

ENVIOUS!!!
Amanda and I saw her w/ the New Pornographers in LA last fall. Unbelievably cool concert. I love Fox Confessor! Nobody makes music quite like her anymore.
I know it! To make you even more envious, the day before the First Ave. show, we saw her in an in-store show at the Electric Fetus. I was right up front, but the mystery of her voice is still intact. I've seen her several times before (as herself and with the NP), but her shows never get old.
